MISSION STATEMENT:

As the TWC Health and Wellness team our mission is to inform, educate and empower our church family and the community on how to maintain personal health and wellness. Our goal is to ensure that they can better manage and maintain the various changes that occur within their bodies, environment and society at large. Overall, we aim to be a tangible resource to support and enhance the whole person; spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally.
